Chrissy Teigen has been on a journey when it comes to her body.
The model and cookbook author slipped on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" on Tuesday that she's had three breast surgeries.
During a segment titled "The Lies Have It," Teigen and fellow guest Kate Chastain were supposed to tell each other as many lies as possible within a 30-second window.
"I’ve had my boobs done three times," the mom of four said, before realizing she misinterpreted the game.
Teigen confessed that her statement was true, "I’ve had a lift, a put in, a take them out."
"I don’t like them out," she added.
Teigen revealed in May 2020 that she was going to get her implants removed.
"I’m getting my boobs out! They’ve been great to me for many years but I’m just over it," she announced on Instagram. "I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie! So don’t worry about me! All good. I’ll still have boobs, they’ll just be pure fat."
She went on to document the process, including the farewell boob cake her friends made that had a tombstone. "RIP 2006-2020," the plaque read.
Teigen also opened up about getting breast implants at age 20 in an interview with Glamour UK in March 2020, where she said she regretted that she didn't just do a lift. At that time, it was unclear that she did have a lift before the implants.
"It was more for a swimsuit thing," she said. The model made her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit debut in the 2010 issue.
Teigen continued, "I thought if I'm going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky! But then you have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed."

"I want them out now," she said at the time. "If I could do one thing, it would be to have a lift."
Teigen, who shares Luna, 7, Miles, 5, Esti, 1, and Wren, 7 months, with husband John Legend, added that having children has increased her fears around cosmetic surgery.
"I think you’re supposed to replace (implants) every 10 years," she said. "But when you have kids, you think about (the risks) of surgery and I think, 'This is not the way I want to die, in boob surgery.'"
